Calorie counting is unhealthy and causes eating disorders. Well, yes it does perpetuate eating disorders but it doesn’t CREATE them, low self worth and core wounding from childhood creates eating disorders. Understanding your caloric needs is important to ensure the cells of your organs get what it needs to work in harmony and keep you alive. Your caloric needs will change across your life from childhood to adolescence to adulthood.
