I will make a carefully crafted program just for you. In our appointment, we go in-depth on the client questionnaire form you fill in prior, your goals, your fears & what you hope to achieve.
What's included:
A 30min phone consult.
Your custom program — you decide the amount of times per week you want to strength train, and the style of program you want, e.g. a mix and match program, a 12-week (3 training cycles) program if you’re a more serious athlete, and everything in between.
Access to my online coaching platform on Podia where you can ask me questions and seek guidance on your strength training journey.
All exercises are hyperlinked with YouTube demonstrations.
This will be sent to you 1-2 weeks after our call, via email.
You will also get to briefly check in with me after your first week of training, and then again at the 4-week mark.
Returning clients can have revisions to their program for a special price, depending on the revisions requested.
Investment:

I will cater to your dietary, physical activity, lifestyle and health needs. I specialise in working with clients recovering from adrenal fatigue, gut and hormonal issues, vegans, and athletes.
This option is best if you would like a personalised macronutrient 7-Day Meal Guide written for you. This will be sent to you 1-2 weeks after our call.
You will also get to briefly check in with me via email/text after 3 days of eating this way, and at the 2 & 4 week marks.

During this 45min session, we will chat about issues that are most pressing for you; physical, mental or emotional health.
This is ideal for clients who want to "pick my brain" on any of the above issues, without the need for ongoing regular coaching through a wellness plan.
You will gain the clarity you need to move forward. I will also coach and provide recommendations to give you the boost that you need.
We work through what’s bothering you in real-time, and you can check back in whenever you need to.

Exclusive 1:1 Online Strength Coaching

This package is for the ladies who want to have exclusive 1:1 access with me on their strength and fitness journey.
This is ideal for ladies who may be new to strength training and want to feel supported and confident at the gym, or when doing home workouts. It is also suitable for women who are intermediate gym-goers but want the accountability and to ensure they continue to progress.
Athletes may also choose to work with me in this capacity for a personalised strength training program, technical analysis of their form and technique for maximal effectiveness, and mindset support regarding their training.
Limited spaces available.
Get a new strength training program from Amya every 4 weeks. Each plan will be 3-4 sessions per week.
Text access to Amya via Signal (free app) or iMessage for check-ins and questions.
Weekly technique support: this is especially helpful for individuals who are new to the gym, who might be doubting their form/technique, and who don’t seem to feel the muscles that exercises are intended to target. Private video analysis will be provided of client workout videos, up to 10 videos per week.
Access to Amya’s Online Resource Library containing information on topics such as meal-timing, supplements for recovery, understanding your bodily cues, training and your menstrual cycle, and more.
Monthly 45 minute coaching calls with Amya.

Health, Nutrition & Life Coaching

Prior to our 45 minute phone call, I will evaluate your Health Questionnaire. This will be the basis of what we discuss, focusing on the goal(s) most important to you!
This session helps you get a plan in place with the exact steps you need to heal. These will be broken down into action steps and phases that are suited to what is manageable to you and your unique circumstances.
This option is preferred among my clients with longstanding issues who are dealing with:
low energy and fatigue
constant bloating
emotional instability
lacking motivation to get things done in life (gaining momentum then pausing over and over again)
feel stuck in “frozen” or anxious states
have a constant negative inner voice
painful periods, PMS, hormonal imbalances, detoxing from coming off hormonal birth control
want to lose weight
